  • ❖ Jewelry Orders & Lead Times:
All jewelry is made to order or sourced on demand, with an estimated production and delivery time-frame of 1–12 weeks (unless otherwise specified), depending on the manufacturer. While we strive to meet these time-frames, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or supplier schedules. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these lead times. As each piece is made or sourced specifically for you, cancellations or refunds are not permitted within this period, in accordance with consumer regulations for custom-made goods.
  • ❖ Order Processing & Amendments:
Once your order has been placed, we are generally unable to make amendments, as many items are ordered quickly from our suppliers to ensure stock. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you if possible.
  • ❖ Manufacturers Guarantee:
All of our jewelry is covered by a manufacturers warranty. This warranty covers the materials and workmanship for life. It does not cover loss, misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear. If your jewelry is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, and you are entitled to a replacement or repair, original wait times will apply.
  • ❖ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy:
For hygiene reasons, all body jewelry sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before completing your purchase. However, this does not affect your statutory rights—if an item is faulty, not as described, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us for assistance.

  • ❖ Can I get pierced on antibiotics?
A: No, you cannot get pierced while on antibiotics, We prioritize your health and safety. Being on antibiotics indicates that your body is fighting an infection or healing from one. Getting pierced during this time can place additional stress on your immune system. Additionally, if you have a severe infection or are feeling generally unwell, we recommend waiting until you have fully recovered to ensure optimal healing and reduce the risk of complications. Always consult with your healthcare provider before proceeding with a piercing, and be sure to inform our staff about any medications you are currently taking. Remember, our goal is to provide you with the best and safest piercing experience possible.

Each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks during manufacturing and before use. Even if your jewelry is from a brand we carry, we cannot install previously worn jewelry in a fresh piercing. This policy is in place to give your piercing the best start and promote trouble-free healing.
  • ❖ Will you help me fit my own Jewelry?
No, we are unable to install jewelry purchased elsewhere. If your jewelry is not from a brand we carry, we cannot install it for you as we cannot attest to it's quality and are not insured to handle it. If your jewelry is purchased through us, we can install it for you (in a healed piercing).

  • ❖ Can I keep my jewelry in during an MRI or X-Ray?
Yes, titanium jewelry is paramagnetic, which means it doesn't react strongly to magnetic fields and generally can be kept in during MRI or X-Ray procedures. However, it is paramount that the jewelry does not obscure the imaging, and the Radiographer must be content that it is safe to leave in place. We strongly recommend that you consult with the hospital beforehand to confirm if it is appropriate for your specific imaging needs.
  • ❖ I have a Medical condition. Can I get pierced?
It's important to understand that certain medical conditions and medications can affect the healing process of a new piercing. Individuals with diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or circulatory issues may experience slower healing times and should consult with a healthcare provider before getting pierced. Additionally, medications such as corticosteroids, blood thinners, and immunosuppressants can hinder the body's ability to heal properly. If you're taking any prescribed medications, we strongly recommend discussing your plans to get pierced with your doctor before getting pierced, and it's really important to let us know before booking so we can advise you safely.
  • ❖ How long should I wait to get a piercing after childbirth?
Your body needs to heal from childbirth before it can heal a piercing effectively. Therefore, we recommend waiting at least six months after childbirth if you are bottle feeding your baby. If you are breastfeeding, we suggest waiting three months after you have stopped breastfeeding to ensure your body has had sufficient time to recover. This waiting period helps to ensure that your immune system is strong and capable of handling the healing process required for a new piercing. Always consult with a healthcare professional regarding your specific situation before proceeding with a new piercing.
  • ❖ I'm going on holiday soon - can I get a piercing?
We recommend planning your piercing appointment for a time when you can fully commit to the aftercare process. Specifically, it is advisable to schedule your appointment for after any holidays or vacations. This is because we strongly discourage submerging your healing piercing in seawater, as it can increase the risk of infection or cause other complications. During the healing period, it's crucial to follow proper aftercare instructions, such as cleaning the piercing with sterile saline solution and avoiding unnecessary contact or pressure.
  • ❖ Can I bring my children?
Children are not permitted in the piercing studio area due to insurance restrictions.
