In completing this form, I understand that there is a fee of £20 for this design service per ear.
This value will be taken off the cost of your curation!
If you decide not to go ahead, this fee covers the time spent designing your ears, and the plan is yours to keep!
Please don't forget to prepare some clear photographs of the ear/ears we are curating which will need to be reviewed before we proceed with any designs!
