What material is your Gold made of and where?
Anatometals's 18k Gold is made of APP-verified, implant grade and is DFARS compliant gold which is palladium based and nickel free. All rose gold is Cadmium free.
On gold jewelry we use ASTM F-138 Titanium threads to minimize thread failure.

Is your jewelry APP approved?
Yes. Anatometal Gold and it's traceability process passed the APP verification program.

What is your return policy on your jewelry?
Anatometal offers a Lifetime Warranty guarenteeing the quality of materials and workmanship.
All returns are checked by the manufacturer before a replacement is approved.
Body Jewellery is non refundable, and a warrenty claim covers a direct replacement of the same piece of jewellery from the same brand.
Loss or accidental damage is not covered.

How is the jewellery packaged?
All jewelery is ultrasonically cleaned and steamed in house before packaging.
Whilst every care is taken to ultrasonically clean and steam each and every piece of jewelry we can not guarantee this.
We do not always send Anatometal ends in their original packaging as we quality check them and pre-bend the threadless pins ourselves in store.
If you would like your jewellery to stay in it's original packaging and you are happy to bend the pin yourself, please request this in the order comments.
You may also request jewellery sterilisation in order comments.

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?
We aim to post our all webstore orders on a Friday! If your item is in supply, it will be posted then via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed service, (unless special delivery is requested) which aims to deliver with in 1-3 business days.

However,  as we do not hold these items in regular stock, and the stock levels shown for this listing do not always reflect the number physically in store. Please see this as a pre-order, and check the estimated production time to the right!

    As such, we expect your order to arrive at the studio within a few days to a few weeks. Each manufacturer has a different lead time.

    Warehouses are based either in the UK or the US. Most times, your jewelry is ordered from a UK distributor - making things quicker!

     

    Sometimes, stock is held in the US only which means it can take a little longer due to import. We have no control over import times, but these are included in our estimates below.
