Not sure if your anatomy is suitable for a piercing? Book a consultation and our piercers can check and advise!
The consultation fee is taken off the cost of any future piercing, so if your anatomy isn’t suited, we will apply it to another option. ✨
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or event. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged at 100% of the booking fee, as it may not be possible to fill the slot at short notice. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also be treated as a late cancellation, and 100% of the booking fee will be retained.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days for cancellations made in accordance with this policy.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to prevent delays for other customers.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your booking may be forfeited, as it may no longer be safe, fair, or possible to proceed. In this case, 100% of the booking fee will be charged, and a new booking with a full fee will be required for a future appointment.
