At Stay Sharp, we understand that every piercing is unique, and we want to help you take the best care of your new piercing. If it's been 8 weeks since we pierced you, it's time for a downsize. Our downsize service ensures that we fit a shorter post that is tailored to your anatomy, providing a comfortable fit and preventing snags, catches, bumps, and jewelry tilting during the remainder of your healing process. Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation Policy* 1. **Deposits:** All deposits made for appointments are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. 2. **Rescheduling/Cancellation:** - Changes made up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment can be accommodated within a one-week time frame. - Any changes requested outside of this 48-hour window will require a new deposit paid in full. 3. **No-Shows:** - Clients who do not show up for their appointments ("no-shows") will be required to pay the full piercing fee in advance for any future appointments. *"No ID, No Piercing" Policy* 1. **Identification Requirement:** To receive a piercing, a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license or passport) is mandatory. No exceptions will be made. All Age requirements are shown on the title of the service you are booking. 2. **Loss of Deposit:** If a client fails to present a valid ID at the time of their appointment, it will result in the forfeiture of their deposit. This policy is in place to comply with legal regulations and ensure the safety, fairness, and legality of our services. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
