Service Description
Ready to add some edge to your look? Come to Stay Sharp Studio for a safe and friendly tongue piercing experience. Our skilled piercers use a single-use disposable needle to minimize discomfort and ensure a hygienic process. The piercing fee does not include jewelry. This starts from £25 for a tongue, or £35 for a tongue web, or £20 for a smiley - payable on the day.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or event. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged at 100% of the booking fee, as it may not be possible to fill the slot at short notice. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also be treated as a late cancellation, and 100% of the booking fee will be retained.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days for cancellations made in accordance with this policy.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to prevent delays for other customers.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your booking may be forfeited, as it may no longer be safe, fair, or possible to proceed. In this case, 100% of the booking fee will be charged, and a new booking with a full fee will be required for a future appointment.
