If it's been 8 weeks since we pierced you, it's time for a downsize, or we can switch out your jewellery! Our upgrade service ensures that we can help you chose a well fitting new piece that is tailored to your anatomy, in a safe and sterile environment! s. Trust our skilled piercers to help you maintain your piercing's health and longevity! Please note: WE DO NOT FIT JEWELRY PURCHASED ANYWHERE ELSE. This is to ensure a line of traceability and quality. The deposit paid is taken off the cost of your jewellery upgrade. (These start from £20.00)

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the booking fee, as short-notice cancellations may not allow us to fill the slot. Failure to attend without prior notice will also be treated as a late cancellation, and no refunds will be issued. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days. If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other customers. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your booking may be forfeited, as it may no longer be safe, fair, or possible to proceed. In this case, 100% of the booking fee will be retained*, and a new booking with full payment will be required for a future appointment. Failure to present ID will be treated as a last minute cancellation, and 100% of the booking fee will be retained. Please arrive around five minutes before your appointment time to ensure you receive your full session.
