If it's been 8 weeks since we pierced you, it's time for a downsize, or we can switch out your jewellery! Our upgrade service ensures that we can help you chose a well fitting new piece that is tailored to your anatomy, in a safe and sterile environment! s. Trust our skilled piercers to help you maintain your piercing's health and longevity! Please note: WE DO NOT FIT JEWELRY PURCHASED ANYWHERE ELSE. This is to ensure a line of traceability and quality. The deposit paid is taken off the cost of your jewellery upgrade. (These start from £20.00)

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation Policy* 1. **Deposits:** All deposits made for appointments are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. 2. **Rescheduling/Cancellation:** - Changes made up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment can be accommodated within a one-week time frame. - Any changes requested outside of this 48-hour window will require a new deposit paid in full. 3. **No-Shows:** - Clients who do not show up for their appointments ("no-shows") will be required to pay the full piercing fee in advance for any future appointments. *"No ID, No Piercing" Policy* 1. **Identification Requirement:** To receive a piercing, a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license or passport) is mandatory. No exceptions will be made. All Age requirements are shown on the title of the service you are booking. 2. **Loss of Deposit:** If a client fails to present a valid ID at the time of their appointment, it will result in the forfeiture of their deposit. This policy is in place to comply with legal regulations and ensure the safety, fairness, and legality of our services. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
